Quinoa (pronounced KEEN-wah) has quickly become the “it” super seed thanks to its nutty flavor and many incredible health benefits.
Aside from being gluten-free, protein-rich, high-fiber and nutrient-dense, quinoa is also extremely versatile and easy to whip up, which makes it a go-to in my house.
