I’ll be the first to admit that sometimes trying to be healthy can feel like a massive amount of pressure.
There are all the things you “should” be doing (meal planning, working out, juicing, meditating, taking the stairs), piled high on life’s every day demands and responsibilities (working, going to school, doing laundry, catching up with friends, taking care of the kids) — leaving you feeling rushed and crazed with not enough time to fit it all in.
It’s no wonder that so many of us feel like it’s impossible to tackle our to-do list and get a healthy, delicious, nutrient-dense meal on the table, day in and day out.
Sure, it can be tricky…but it’s not impossible.
