Dark Chocolate Mug Cake
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- 1-teaspoon tapioca starch
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1-tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
toppings (optional):
- Raw pecans
- Coconut flakes
- Dairy-free vanilla ice cream
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large mug, mix all ingredients, until well combined.
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds until the batter is firm and cooked through.
- Top with your favorite toppings then grab a spoon and dig in!
