Dark Chocolate Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1-teaspoon tapioca starch
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1-tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt

toppings (optional):

  • Raw pecans
  • Coconut flakes
  • Dairy-free vanilla ice cream

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large mug, mix all ingredients, until well combined.
  2. Microwave for 60-90 seconds until the batter is firm and cooked through.
  3. Top with your favorite toppings then grab a spoon and dig in!
