Yesterday the awesome folks over at WGN Midday news invited me to be a guest on their Lunchbreak segment (if you missed it live, you can catch the replay here) and I had so much fun transforming holiday leftovers, like mashed potatoes and stuffing, into veggie-loaded snacks that kids (and adults) will go crazy for! Speaking of the holidays, I’ll be taking a few weeks off from writing blogs and emails, filming Nourished and updating social media to spend time some much needed downtime with my family and friends.
I won’t be back until 2017, but I couldn’t leave 2016 without wishing you and your loved ones the most wonderful holiday season and the happiest New Year!
