I know…drinking avocados…sounds a little cray, but bare with me here.
Cause avocados add a mad dose of creamy, delicious, richness to smoothies that simply can’t be denied.

Yep, I went there. And you might want to go there too!
Coco Avocado Lime Smoothie
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- ½ avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey or 2 pitted dates
- 1 cup of ice
- Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Top with unsweetened shredded coconut (optional).
Something to consider about this one ☝️ (should you find yourself choosing between a smoothie and a cocktail – a conundrum I encounter more often than I’d like to admit) it goes great with a shot of tequila and a few jalapeño slices.
Either way (spiked or virgin), there’s really no reason to limit your smoothie game to breakfast only…so go ahead and drink outside the box. 😉
