Watermelon Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups watermelon chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 4 dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup of almond milk
  • 1-teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup of ice

ADDITIONAL TOPPING IDEAS:

  • Sprinkle of cacao or dark chocolate chips
  • Shredded coconut
  • Sliced watermelon
  • Chopped nuts
  • Hemp or chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with your favorite toppings or enjoy as is!
