Cold Brew Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup of gluten-free oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup cold brew coffee (you can also use chilled coffee)
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- *1 scoop of plant-based protein powder (optional)
Topping Ideas:
- Crumbled biscotti
- Granola
- Coconut flakes
- Dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, stir and serve with your favorite toppings.
