Quick + Easy Vinegar Slaw


  • 1 bag of pre-shredded slaw (cabbage and carrots) or salad mix
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground celery seed or celery salt
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • A sprinkle of sesame seeds


  1. Add shredded slaw to a large bowl.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit for at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator, then stir, top with sesame seeds and serve!

NOTE: The longer you allow this slaw to marinate, the more flavorful it will become!
