Nourished is baaack with a brand new episode and I’m so excited to kick this season off with a few simple plant-based basics!
As you know, all of the recipes that I make and share – both on the show and here on my website – are primarily plant-based, with a focus on real, whole, natural foods and ingredients that come straight from Mother Earth.
Lately, I’ve been getting lots of emails from viewers and readers asking things like…
“What exactly is a plant-based diet?”
“Why is it important?”
“How can I begin to shift into a more plant-based lifestyle without losing my mind?”
In addition to these questions, the requests for plant-based meal plans have been rolling in.
So, I decided to structure this season of Nourished with these questions and comments in mind – starting with today’s episode.
In it, I’m not only answering the questions above, I’m also giving you three very specific (and EASY) action items that you can implement right away to begin adding more veggie-focused meals to your eating repertoire.
How To Ease Into A Plant-Based Diet: Nourished Episode Seven
As you’ll see in the episode, there’s never been a better time to begin easing into a plant-based diet than now – so click the video and learn exactly how to do it.
And of course, I’d love to hear from you! How do you feel about transitioning to a more plant-based way of life? Have you tried adding more plant-based meals to your diet? If so, how’s that been for you? If not, what’s holding you back? As always, conversation sparks inspiration so feel free to share your thoughts, experiences or questions in the comments below.
With all my love,
xo
Vicki
