NEVER…in a million years…did I think that I’d have my own TV show!
I’m so honored to have this opportunity with PHTV and grateful to be able to share my passion for healthy living with a much larger audience.
I’m still pinching myself to make sure it’s really real. 🙂
It’s real, alright! And you can watch my first episode of Nourished in its entirety below.
In it, you’ll learn five simple tips that can quickly help you “upgrade” your days with healthy (and enjoyable!) habits that’ll reignite your motivation to eat better, feel better and live better!
These are simple — but often overlooked — strategies that you can implement RIGHT NOW, no matter where you are with your health and/or weight-loss goals. So, let’s dive in!
If you’d like to watch Nourished when it airs (or if you want to stream it live), you can get the how-tos on that here –> PHTV Channel 4.
You can also subscribe to The VM List (on the right sidebar of this blog) and get every episode delivered right to your inbox! Plus you’ll also get my free e-book, Eat Better, Feel Better, Live Better, that goes along with this episode.
One last final thought…
When I think back to how I got here, it all comes down to that one tiny decision I made, ten years ago, to lose weight and get healthy.
And…what I now know for sure is this: when you decide to make positive changes in your life (big or small)…really cool and exciting things begin to happen.
Whether you’re on the fence about joining that new gym, taking those piano lessons or simply being nicer to your boss…I encourage you to DO IT…today!
Take that leap. Make that change. Because it’ll be worth it. Every ounce. I promise. AND…it just might lead you to something incredibly amazing and completely unexpected.
Now, I’d love to hear from you!
What did you think of the show? Do you have any thoughts, questions or inspired a-ha’s from this episode?
What’s the positive change (or changes) that you’ve been contemplating making, but are on the fence about? What’s holding you back?
If you’ve already made some positive changes in your life, what unexpected things have come as a result?
Conversation sparks inspiration, so comment below to share your insights and/or experiences!
