NEVER…in a million years…did I think that I’d have my own TV show!

Seriously…never!

I’m so honored to have this opportunity with PHTV and grateful to be able to share my passion for healthy living with a much larger audience.

I’m still pinching myself to make sure it’s really real. 🙂

One last final thought…

When I think back to how I got here, it all comes down to that one tiny decision I made, ten years ago, to lose weight and get healthy.

And…what I now know for sure is this: when you decide to make positive changes in your life (big or small)…really cool and exciting things begin to happen.

Whether you’re on the fence about joining that new gym, taking those piano lessons or simply being nicer to your boss…I encourage you to DO IT…today!

Take that leap. Make that change. Because it’ll be worth it. Every ounce. I promise. AND…it just might lead you to something incredibly amazing and completely unexpected.
